1. Purpose of the Donation

Your donation will be used to support certified environmental projects, including but not limited to:

All environmental projects are audited by internationally recognized carbon offset certification organizations (such as Verra or Gold Standard) to ensure the effective use of funds.

2. Voluntary Donation

The carbon offset donation is entirely voluntary. You can choose whether to donate and select the amount at checkout based on your personal preference. This donation will not affect the quality of the product, shipping time, or return/exchange policies.

3. Non-Refundable

Once your order is completed and payment is successful, the donation amount will be directly used to support the relevant environmental projects. Therefore, the donation is non-refundable.

We are committed to providing transparency regarding the progress of environmental projects. Periodically, we will share updates via email or through our platform to inform you of the impact your donation has made.

5. Thank You Letter

Upon completing your carbon offset donation, you will receive a thank you letter acknowledging your contribution to carbon offsetting and sustainable development.
